Dance preparation 4 – 6 years<\/h1>\n

Children aged 4 to 6 are in a period where they begin to acquire their first movement and body habits. Therefore, our courses are specially adapted to their developmental needs. Instructors work with children very sensitively and individually, considering their temperament, abilities, and current concentration. Each lesson is structured into shorter sections that help maintain children’s attention and promote a natural interest in movement. There are frequent short breaks and playful dance activities that lighten the lesson and develop creativity and coordination. We emphasize the correct execution of basic exercises, posture, and conscious work with movement. All of this is essential at this age for healthy physical development, motor skills development, and building a positive relationship with movement. Our goal is for children to enjoy the joy of dance while naturally acquiring healthy habits that help them grow into strong and confident individuals.<\/p>\n
